We added HALF BAK'D's Sumo Gold line because it solves a real problem instead of ignoring it. A lot of brands got caught flat-footed by tightening total-THC rules and either pulled products or kept selling non-compliant stock. HALF BAK'D rebuilt Sumo from the ground up around Max Delta-9 THC, kept the flavors people already loved, and backed every jar with third-party lab testing. We wanted a gummy line our customers could keep buying without worrying about the compliance rug getting pulled out from under them. Sumo Gold is that line.
How HALF BAK'D Got Here
HALF BAK'D built its name on the original Sumo Gummies — bold, oversized flavors that became a shelf staple across Texas. When hemp regulations tightened around total THC limits, most brands would have quietly discontinued the line. HALF BAK'D reformulated it instead.
Sumo Gold is the result: the same bold Sumo flavors, rebuilt from the ground up around Max Delta-9 THC so every jar stays Total THC Compliant under today's hemp guidelines. Each gummy is dialed in to a precise 15mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC — no guesswork, no gray area.
Every jar is third-party lab tested for potency and purity before it ships, and the lineup spans eight distinct flavors — from Bluematic Razz to Grape Jelly — all packed 25 gummies to a jar. It's the Gold Rush: the Sumo you already trusted, reformulated to stay ahead of the rules instead of running from them.

Total THC Compliant
Every Sumo Gold gummy is reformulated around Max Delta-9 THC and dialed in to stay under 0.3% Δ9 by dry weight — built to meet today's hemp guidelines, not skirt them.
Third-Party Lab Tested
Every jar is tested by an independent lab for potency and purity before it ships. Nothing goes out the door without a passing result.
Bold, Familiar Flavors
Eight flavors carried over from the original Sumo lineup — Bluematic Razz, Grape Jelly, Georgia Peach, and more — reformulated without losing what made them popular in the first place.
Farm Bill Compliant
Hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill at no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Sold to adults 21+ in eligible states.
