Ember Trees is a curated platform for premium hemp-derived cannabis. We’re seeking a platform support partner to help maintain, improve, and troubleshoot our digital experience as the platform evolves. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and improving how digital products function and feel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support website maintenance, updates, and bug fixes
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting across the platform
  • Help implement improvements to site performance and functionality
  • Collaborate on enhancements to user experience and digital workflows

Requirements

  • Experience working with websites or eCommerce platforms
  • Comfort troubleshooting technical issues and implementing fixes
  • Familiarity with modern web tools and CMS platforms
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Familiarity with hemp-derived products or regulated industries is a plus
