SkyWalker is an indica-leaning hybrid THCA flower that tested at 30.19% THCA and 0.174% delta-9 THC. Expect a classic OG-style profile of earthy pine, warm herbal spice and a pungent diesel edge, with a mellow, euphoric headspace and a heavier body feel suited to quiet evenings.
This guide covers what the Marin Analytics certificate reports, what “OG-style” means for this cut, how the flavor develops without a measured terpene panel to lean on, what customers commonly report, and how SkyWalker compares with the other OG-family strains on our menu. If it is between batches when you read this, the comparison section points you at the closest alternative in stock.

Lineage and genetics
The grower does not publish parentage for SkyWalker, so we do not either. The product copy describes “a classic OG-style profile,” and the certificate labels the tested sample “Skywalker OG,” which is as much as the paperwork says. OG-family flower tends to share a fingerprint, an earthy, piney base with a fuel-and-spice top note and a body-forward feel, and SkyWalker carries all three. We list it as an indica-leaning hybrid because the headspace stays lively for longer than a straight indica’s before the body takes over.
The certificate adds useful detail. THCA is the main event at 30.19%, with delta-9 THC at 0.174%, under the 0.3% hemp threshold, and a calculated total THC of 26.65%. The lab also found a small amount of THCVa and a trace of CBGA, with no CBD at all. That is a lean, THCA-dominant profile rather than a broad-spectrum one, which is typical of OG cuts. Take “OG-style” as a description of character, not a documented cross.
Terpene and flavor profile
No terpene panel is printed on this batch’s certificate of analysis, so the flavor notes below come from the product description rather than a measured reading.
SkyWalker smells like the floor of a pine forest with a jerry can nearby. The first note out of the jar is earthy pine, resinous and a little damp, followed by a warm herbal spice that reads somewhere between black pepper and dried sage. The diesel sits on top of both: pungent, sharp and slightly sweet, the way fuel-forward OG flower tends to be. It is a savoury, grown-up profile with no candy in it, and the spice becomes more obvious as the bud is broken up.
This batch’s certificate covers cannabinoids only, so we cannot tell you which terpenes carry those notes or in what proportion. Pine, pepper and diesel profiles are commonly associated with pinene, caryophyllene and myrcene, but that is a general pattern rather than a measurement for this flower, and we would rather flag the gap than fill it with a guess. If you want to understand what a measured panel would show, our terpene guide covers each of those compounds and what it smells like.
On the palate SkyWalker is heavier than its nose suggests: earthy and peppery, with the diesel lingering on the exhale. It burns steadily, and a grinder brings the spice forward where hand-broken buds keep the pine in front.
What to expect from SkyWalker and when to use it
At 30.19% THCA, SkyWalker is a potent flower, and THCA converts to THC when heated, so the effect lands in the same range as the rest of our top-shelf flower. What customers commonly report is a two-stage experience: a mellow, euphoric lift in the first fifteen minutes, upbeat and a little talkative, that gives way to a heavier body feel over the following half hour. The copy calls it “well suited to quiet evenings when the plan is to slow down,” and that matches what we hear, which is why we tag it unwind and sleep.
The best time of day is the evening, after the day’s obligations are done. SkyWalker suits a film, a long dinner at home or an unhurried conversation, and as the body feel deepens many customers carry it straight into their wind-down. It is not a morning flower and it is not built for focus. Start with a smaller amount than you would use of a milder flower, give it time before adding more, and expect experiences to vary with the person and their tolerance. Dry mouth and heavy eyelids are the most commonly reported side notes; keep water nearby and do not drive. If you are new to flower at this strength, does THCA get you high? explains what the number on the label actually means once it is heated.
How SkyWalker compares with other Ember Trees strains
SkyWalker sits in the OG-family corner of our menu, between the heavy indicas and the gassy hybrids. Here is how it lines up against the three strains customers most often cross-shop with it.
SkyWalker vs. YODA
YODA is our strongest flower at 36.68% THCA, an indica with a savoury OG profile of earthy wood, pungent citrus and pine and a heavy, sleepy finish. The two share an OG backbone, but YODA skips the euphoric first stage and goes straight to heavy, and it is sleepier at the end. Pick YODA for the hour before bed and SkyWalker for the evening before that. The YODA strain guide has the full breakdown.
SkyWalker vs. Toad Venom
Toad Venom is a 34.26% THCA hybrid with a gassy, citrus-forward character and a cool mint finish. It shares the diesel edge but stays conversational and social where SkyWalker drifts toward the couch, and it is noticeably stronger on paper. If you want the fuel without the weight, see the Toad Venom strain guide.
SkyWalker vs. SFV
SFV is a sativa-leaning hybrid at 30.50% THCA with fresh pine and lemon over earthy wood, and a measured panel led by myrcene, nerolidol and linalool. It is the daytime-friendly OG: brighter, more focused and lighter in the body than SkyWalker, with the same pine-and-wood base. Read the SFV strain guide for the details.

Availability
Small-batch flower rotates: SkyWalker can sell through and may return when a new batch passes testing, so its product page may show it as sold out between drops. The current lineup is always on the THCA flower menu, and this guide stays up so you can compare SkyWalker with what is in stock. Each batch gets its own certificate, so the numbers above describe the batch tested on the date shown.
SkyWalker FAQ
Is SkyWalker an indica or a sativa?
SkyWalker is an indica-leaning hybrid. Customers commonly report a mellow, euphoric start that gives way to a heavier body feel, which is why it sits between our straight indicas and our more social hybrids.
How strong is SkyWalker THCA flower?
The current batch tested at 30.19% THCA (calculated total THC 26.65%) and 0.174% delta-9 THC at Marin Analytics, which makes it a potent flower that is still hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill.
What does SkyWalker taste like?
Earthy pine first, then warm herbal spice, with a pungent diesel note on top and lingering on the exhale. It is a savoury, classic OG-style profile with no sweetness to speak of.
Does the SkyWalker COA include a terpene panel?
No. The Marin Analytics certificate for batch ET-FLW-SKY-20261021-01 reports cannabinoids only, so the flavor notes in this guide are descriptive. You can read it at /coas/ET-FLW-SKY-20261021-01.
When is the best time to use SkyWalker?
Evenings. Customers reach for it once the day is done, for a film or a long dinner at home, and many carry it into their wind-down because the body feel deepens over time. It is not a morning or focus flower.
Can SkyWalker be shipped to my state?
SkyWalker is hemp-derived THCA flower with delta-9 THC under 0.3% by dry weight, and Ember Trees ships it to 45 states by UPS. We cannot ship to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon or Rhode Island, and orders are 21+ with a valid ID.
Ember Trees sells hemp-derived THCA flower under the 2018 Farm Bill, with delta-9 THC at or below 0.3% on a dry-weight basis as confirmed by third-party testing of each batch; THCA converts to THC when heated. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. For adults 21 and over.
